Inside the process

MCM keywords "The process factory" and  "Flex process, flex solution, flex production" are being consolidated by the new advertising image launched in the main specialized magazines "Tecnologie meccaniche", "Meccanica & Automazione" and "Rivista di meccanica oggi".

The image is directed to introduce specific complex machinings and to reaffirm MCM vocation towards the global solution of today's production process.

Particularly, the component showed in the picture is from our customer Isotta Fraschini, a company of Fincantieri Group. Isotta produces diesel engines for marine and industrial applications, covering a power range from 200 to 2.600 kW. In order to offer a production always on the top this company needs systems able to produce components with cycle times even more shorter, precision and above all an high repetability. For this reason they have choosen  the MCM Jet Five machining center, which duly customized grants the results required.
This important multipallet installation is now at MCM for final adjustments and acceptance.
