General description

No more single plants but flexible multiprocess systems developed into a truly complete RANGE.

For many years MCM has been producing plants integrating turning, milling and grinding operations, at first according to the client’s specific requirement, but today that experience has become a consolidated acquisition extended to a whole "Multitasking" range.

MCM has progressed the concept of Multitask answering the user needs for even more flexible solutions, still maintaining the high standards of precision and reliability.

The attached specifications show only one of the many complex applications produced.

Notes

The FMS plant with its 2 FLEX MULTITASKING cells is equipped with a Continuous Spindle-Dividing Head with Capto C8X coupling with 3,600,000 positions and 2,000 rpm, Capto C6 tool magazine with approx 315 positions, and Capto C8X pallet/piece magazine with approx. 159 places.
